Yay, Summer!

Here are some sneak peeks from recent shoots! We just moved to some acreage, so it's been fun to host a few sessions out here at the house. The rest of the sessions are on location in downtown Collinsville. Enjoy!

Yes, I Still Take Pictures!

I knew it had been a while since I had updated my blog, but I didn't realize it had been FIVE MONTHS. Wow! Between holidays and new changes in our lives this year, it's safe to say I was a bit distracted!

While the blogging has slowed, the photographing has not! Here is a sampling of the latest happenings. Enjoy!

The Molini Family!

I love that when the Molini family arrived at the shoot, Laurel declared, "We're going festive!" Bring on the scarves and hats--the more festive, the better! Their beautiful little girl was more than happy to pose for the pictures and this shoot was definitely a fun one.

The Toews Family.

Having the opportunity to follow friends through the changes life brings is a very special thing. Tyson and Lisa welcomed their second baby girl last spring and I took her newborn pictures. And here she is, six months old already! Lisa found herself in a position where a lot of moms do (including myself)--lots of pictures of the kids, but none of the whole family (or sometimes even mom and dad)! I was more than happy to accommodate!

The Bush Family.

This was a fun shoot with a beautiful family! Baby Ella was terrific as we made our way around downtown Collinsville and was a constant source of entertainment. A precious family with a sweet baby girl!

The Hall Family!

I loved photographing these adorable brothers. Their most recent addition, Owen, is precious! The older boys were good sports and this shoot was truly a fun one!
